Coffs Harbour is one of Australia’s most dynamic cities recently being awarded the international Nations in Bloom Award for being the "most livable city in the world" (in 2002, for cities with a population up to 75,000). DHI sees the adoption of MIKE URBAN as Council’s preferred network modelling tool as an important factor in Council’s strategies to achieve this goal.
